A few users eventually pinned it down to problematic power transitions when the 6800M GPU went to sleep. Well, on that front my experience differs: I have the AMD Advantage Edition G513QY which had a really nasty problem which meant the laptop would randomly reboot.
Now, i don't know if there are still Asus ROG reps in this forum but feel free to give some answers or solutions in this matter. And its not my opinion, ask the people that commented on my YouTube. Now place these things in one container and call it Armory crate and you have THE most buggy piece of crap software you can get. AI suite is also an example of how buggy software can be. The problems began with Aura sync software which was already erratic and unsolved. WHY does Asus ROG keep screwing its customer with this bs all the time.? If you have an notebook you are simply screwed as you really need this program in order to make it function properly. The biggest problem i have with this is that you actually need Armory crate in order to receive updates for your peripherals or other hardware you use from Asus ROG. As you can see these problems are for over 4 years old now and Asus ROG is still not able or willing to fix these issues which is unacceptable.
